This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at all the time. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Incredibly good hotel and great area. Undoubtedly advise Petit Palace Embassy Serrano!

Stayed for seven days with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the room was constantly pretty clean. The employees have been pretty helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was super cool. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Me and my lover stayed at Petit Palace Embassy Serrano for seven days to checking out the city. Petit Palace Embassy Serrano is located in a very central position, it’s clean and the beds are really cozy! There is only one thing I’d suggest heading forward and that is to supply more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, We were more than happy with this choice and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to check out Madrid.
