The personnel is a ten, really attentive and pleasant. The food stuff, the services, every little thing was Excellent. We spent an awesome stay and also the supper was mouth watering. We beloved Hallmark Hotel Carlisle. We will come back there!

Fantastic location, everything is few steps. Employees are tremendous friendly and useful and talk fantastic English. You’ll find activities just about every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s quite minor. Good quality for the money!

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel from the reception were available at every hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests had been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Really nice hotel and excellent area. Undoubtedly advise this hotel!

Fantastic hotel, anything is within walking distance. Team are super welcoming and helpful and speak excellent English. You can find activities each evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a tiny bit squeaky but that’s incredibly insignificant. Great value for the price!
