Good staff, extremely helpful and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the value its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with great spots to go to for visitors.

Stayed for 7 days with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly pretty clean. The personnel were very helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

I recommend it 100%. The breakfast had all the things, more than enough wide range and with magnificent views. The space wasn’t incredibly large, but my associate and I think it is wonderful.

If you are travelling to Bridgend you should reserve at Hazelwood House. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Wonderful location, almost everything is nearby. Personnel are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak good English. You will discover activities every night and it´s a very good way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Great value for the price!

Pretty pleasant and clean place. The area where is located is great, just what we wanted. Beds were incredibly cozy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social atmosphere but it´s good for a complete night rest. I liked my days here enormously and will probably reserve once again for my upcoming come to Bridgend.

Good location, every little thing is within walking distance. Team are super friendly and useful and speak excellent English. You’ll find activities just about every evening and it´s a great way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s pretty insignificant. Great quality for the money!

I have stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the space was constantly clean up. Staff members were being really helpful and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. Not an extremely social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were available at every time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel have been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Extremely wonderful hotel and good area. I Definitely recommend Hazelwood House!

Extremely wonderful and perfectly clean hotel. The location is excellent, just what we required. Beds were extremely comfortable. There wasn’t much about the social ambiance however it´s excellent for an entire night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will probably book once again for my upcoming visit to Bridgend.
