The workers is a 10, quite attentive and helpful. The foodstuff, the amenities, almost everything was Excellent. We enjoyed a terrific stay and the meal was perfect. We liked Empire Riverside Hotel. We’re going to come again.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at all the time. The beds were cozy and the other guests have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Great location, everything is very near. Team are tremendous pleasant and useful and speak excellent English. There are activities every single night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a little bit noisy but that’s quite slight. Wonderful quality for the price!

Super hotel, everything is nearby. Staff members are tremendous friendly and well prepared and speak fantastic English. You can find activities every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are a little squeaky but that’s pretty insignificant. Good value for the money!

Me and my companion stayed here for a few days to discovering the city. Empire Riverside Hotel is situated in an exceptionally central place, it is clean along with the beds are certainly cozy! There is just one thing I’d propose going forward and that’s to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. In general, I had been more than happy with this place and would definitely endorse it to everyone trying to visit Hamburg.
