Wonderful place, anything is very near. Team are tremendous friendly and helpful and speak wonderful English. You can find activities each night time and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s pretty minor. Excellent quality for the money!

There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but it really is fantastic for a complete night rest. If you are visiting Puerto de la Cruz you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.
