Assuming that you are visiting Zermatt you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests had been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Really pleasant hotel and fantastic area. I Definitely advise this hotel!
