This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff in the reception were there at all the time. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Very wonderful hotel and good area. I Definitely endorse this hotel!

Really nice and clean place. The area where is located is great, precisely what we wanted. Beds were being pretty comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal about the social atmosphere nevertheless it is superior for a complete night rest. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will probably reserve once again for my future come here.

Fantastic hotel, every little thing is nearby. Staff are tremendous friendly and useful and talk fantastic English. There are activities every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s quite minor. Fantastic quality for the money!

Very pleasant and perfectly clean place. The location is excellent, precisely what we wanted. Beds ended up extremely nice. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but surely is very good for an entire night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably book again for my upcoming come to Birmingham.
