Hotel Saratz Pontresina

I have booked the room for 3 days with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the space was constantly clean. The staff were quite helpful and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

I have booked the room for 6 nights with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the room was normally clean up. The staff have been very handy and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was good. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Me and my spouse stayed here for two or three nights to checking out the place. Hotel Saratz Pontresina is situated in an incredibly central position, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are quite comfortable! There is only one factor I’d recommend going forward and that is to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, We were very happy with this choice and would definitely recommend it to everyone trying to go to Pontresina.

Fantastic team, incredibly friendly and useful specially throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is wonderful, is familiar with great locations to visit for travellers.

Fantastic location, anything is few steps. Team are tremendous pleasant and useful and talk great English. You’ll find activities just about every night time and it´s a great way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s incredibly small. Good quality for the price!

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff on the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been cozy and the other guests had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty awesome hotel and excellent area. Unquestionably will advise Hotel Saratz Pontresina!
