Stayed for 7 nights with my husband. Beds were comfortable and the space was usually pretty clean. The employees have been really helpful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was good. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

If you are visiting Hamburg you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere all around was perfect.

Wonderful location, every thing is close by. Staff are super pleasant and well prepared and talk good English. You’ll find activities every single night and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was my bed for being a bit noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Great value for the money!
