The booking process is surprisingly easy and intuitive, the place and restaurant service is great, pretty attentive and welcoming, the place is renovated as well as rooms are certainly thoroughly clean.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel on the reception were available at any hours. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel had been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Really pleasant hotel and great area. Assuming that you are visiting Soltau you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very cool.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members from the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but they fix it. Very wonderful hotel and excellent area. Surely will recommend this hotel!
