Fantastic my stay at Leonardo Hotel Munich Arabellapark customer care assisted me obtain a new room when I asked for assistance. The breakfast and meals in general was fantastic. Many of the personnel I contacted were being really enjoyable.

The reserving process is quite simple and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant services is great, incredibly attentive and welcoming, the hotel is renovated as well as rooms are extremely clean.

Stayed for 5 days with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the space was normally clean. The staff were being quite handy and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was great. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Stayed for 7 nights with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was usually clean. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big and also the closet. The bathroom was clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

Good hotel, almost everything is few steps. Employees are super welcoming and handy and talk excellent English. There are activities each evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s really insignificant. Fantastic value for the money!
