This hotel was really centrally located and the staff in the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Very great hotel and wonderful area. I Absolutely suggest Karden House!

Assuming that you are travelling to Llandudno you have to book this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. I have booked the room for 3 days with my wife. Beds ended up comfy and the room was always clean up. The personnel have been very helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
