The staff is a 10, quite attentive and helpful. The foods, the amenities, all the things was Excellent. We enjoyed an excellent stay along with the evening meal was perfect. We beloved Hotel Pod Ró??. We will repeat!

Good location, everything is very near. Team are tremendous welcoming and handy and speak good English. You will discover activities each and every night time and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s pretty slight. Great value for the money!

I have booked the room for 6 nights with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the room was constantly clean. The personnel have been really useful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

If you are travelling to Kraków you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very nice.

This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel from the reception were there at every time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel have been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Incredibly great hotel and excellent area. Surely will advise this place!
