The team is a 10, incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food, the facilities, anything was Superb. We enjoyed an excellent stay plus the supper was perfect. We loved Hotel Cerretani Firenze – MGallery by Sofitel. We’re going to come again.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members at the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Stayed for 3 days with my husband. Beds were being big enough and the space was normally clean. Staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was great. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
