This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff on the reception were there at any hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly good hotel and wonderful location. Undoubtedly recommend this place!

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 days for holidays to checking out the city. Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is situated in a very central posture, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are very comfortable! There is just one factor I would suggest going forward and that’s to supply more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. However, We were more than happy with this place and would definitely endorse it to anyone aiming to head to Vienna.
