PortoBay Serra Golf

I have stayed for three nights with my spouse. Beds ended up cozy and the room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful and friendly and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are spacious and the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel at least all along our stay.

If you are visiting Santa Cruz you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. In general great quality and unique ambience.

Fantastic location, almost everything is few steps. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and useful and speak great English. There are activities every single night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s pretty minor. Great value for the money!

Very nice and perfectly clean spot. The location is great, just what we were looking for. Beds were really nice. There wasn’t a great deal about the social atmosphere however it´s excellent for an entire night rest. I enjoyed my days here enormously and will most likely book again for my up coming visit to Santa Cruz.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at every hrs. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a problem. Very pleasant hotel and fantastic location. I Definitely advise this place!
