The personnel is a 10, incredibly attentive and helpful. The foods, the amenities, anything was Excellent. We enjoyed a terrific stay and also the evening meal was delicious. We beloved Mercure Hotel Aachen Am Dom. We’ll come back there!

Stayed for three nights with my husband. Beds were cozy and the space was always clean up. The employees were being incredibly useful and friendly and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was good. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Extremely pleasant and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, precisely what we wanted. Beds were quite comfy.
