The staff members is a ten, very attentive and welcoming. The meals, the services, every thing was Great. We spent an excellent stay and also the supper was delicious. We liked Novotel Paris Sud Porte de Charenton. We’ll come again.

The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. I have booked the room for 3 days with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the room was constantly clean. Staff members were being very useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
