The staff is a ten, pretty attentive and pleasant. The food items, the amenities, every thing was Great. We spent a terrific stay as well as the dinner was tasty. We beloved Palacio de Aiete. We’ll come again.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at all the time. The beds had been cozy and the other guests have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Pretty nice hotel and wonderful location. I Certainly endorse Palacio de Aiete!
