The booking process is quite simple and intuitive, the place and cafe service is excellent, incredibly attentive and friendly, the place is renovated and also the rooms are really thoroughly clean.

Great place, almost everything is close. Team are super pleasant and helpful and talk great English. You will find activities just about every night and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s extremely small. Good value for the money!

Fantastic place, every little thing is very near. Employees are tremendous friendly and well prepared and speak good English. You will discover activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every single day. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Excellent value for the money!

This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel on the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Really awesome hotel and great location. I Definitely advise Avenida Palace!
