The service was excellent, every thing quite clean, each one of the personnel very attentive and helpful. In the dining room almost everything was excellent, high-quality and really handle with care.

Stayed for 3 nights with my spouse. Beds ended up cozy and the space was always clean up. Staff members were being extremely useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Assuming that you are visiting Palermo you should book at Cristal Palace Hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
