Fantastic personnel, pretty welcoming and useful specially throughout the day shifts. For the value its a great offer. The receptionist is amazing, knows fantastic locations to visit for visitors.

Assuming that you are visiting Berlin you should reserve at Holiday Inn Berlin City Center East. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were available at any hours. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Really wonderful hotel and fantastic area. I Absolutely suggest this hotel!

Great location, every little thing is very near. Staff are tremendous pleasant and handy and talk wonderful English. There are actually activities each night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s quite minor. Wonderful quality for the money!
